MALABAR PRINCESS

Synopsis  /  Missing doesn’t mean dead. I any case, that’s what Tom, aged 8, thinks. His sole goal is to find his mother who went missing on a glacier of the Mont-Blanc range... five years ago. When he comes to spend the school year with his grandfather (Jacques Villeret), the little city boy is ready to move mountains.
Obstinate, full of curiosity and imagination, he unearths a number of family secrets, just as the glacier gradually brings up before his eyes the wreckage of the Malabar Princess, the Air India jet that crashed into the top of Mont-Blanc fifty years ago, before vanishing into the eternal snows...
