Synopsis / The staff of the Charles VII Hotel is in turmoil. Tonight takes place the World Business Forum, the annual meeting of very important people... Especially since there is a guy with a dog sitting since morning in the bus shelter in front of the hotel. And since among the guests there are the Governor of Iowa and his wife, who used to be the wife of the guy waiting in the bus shelter.
